This company was founded and funded by Ms. Deborah Dameron and her parents, James Hagerty & Irene Hagerty (R.I.P.), who truly believed in their daughter's ability to succeed at her own practice. Prior to opening AAA Tax Plus LLC , Ms. Dameron has been doing taxes since 1998 and her mother Irene (R.I.P.) was always highly supportive of her dreams.

In fact, prior to AAA Tax Plus LLC came to be, Ms. Dameron established services under "The Tax Lady Inc" back in 2001 as a sole proprietorship and in 2006 the company was incorporated along with her mother. In addition, Ms. Dameron was working for Jackson Hewitt since 2000 and worked her way up to Office Manager. Her Jackson Hewitt office was five (5) stars service for multiple years in a row.

However, Ms. Dameron was ready to embark on her own journey and opted to formed "AAA Tax Plus LLC" along with her mother. They opened their first office on January 16th, 2014 in the Fredericksburg Area.

She was then joined by other partners who also believed in her ability to thrive in the business. Since inception, the company has successfully grown steadily and is beyond honored to have very supportive clients who have shown that they wish for us to continue the journey we began almost a decade ago.

Our founders not only believed in our ability to succeed, but many of them worked for well known tax companies before opting to begin the journey with us, so that we may adjust our services to better serve our clients. They have decades of knowledge in the field and a loyal and supportive clientele.

While our name has changed, we are still "AAA Tax Plus LLC"; however, we are undergoing a complete business overhaul to ensure we incorporate higher security measures and better services.
